Dr. Katz, President,
Landmark College, will speak on strategies that work to turn around poor
academic performance in gifted students with learning disabilities,
including the roles and benefits of various assistive technologies. This
talk will be useful for parents of students who struggle with organization
and study skills, for parents of 2E students and for parents of students

leader in animal welfare and arguably the most accomplished and well-known

Saturday, January 27, 2007 Power Paws is dedicated to empowering adults and children with disabilities for greater independence, through specialized programs, that train and provide assistance dogs, therapy dogs, hearing dogs, psych dogs and more. THIS FUNDRAISING EVENT consists of a 5K Fun walk & wheelchair roll around Tempe Town where there are almost as many dogs as people!
